Avocado tree basic information

Avocado tree

The tree, which is called an avocado tree, can reach up to twenty meters in height. Its leaves are
green and large, the flowers are tiny and yellow and avocados are born from them.

It is recommended that it be grown at altitudes between eight hundred and two thousand five
hundred meters above sea level, on land that is protected from the wind. There are more than 400
varieties of avocado in the world, depending on the climate in which they are grown, bearing  fruit
with different shapes, flavors, textures, colors and smells.

Avocado and its nutrients:

Avocado has vitamins A, C, E, B1, calcium, iron, magnesium and other minerals. That's why every time you eat an avocado it's like taking a vitamin pill, but this one is much tastier and more nutritious.

Avocado pulp helps eliminate bad cholesterol, that is, the fat that accumulates in the arteries. It has also been found to have good effects in people with asthma (a breathing problem) and rheumatoid arthritis (a bone problem).

Many people use avocado to apply face masks or put it in their hair. Why?

Because its oil leaves the skin and hair very soft.
